I know most of you don’t care but this is crazy to me.
So my grandpa used to have this baseball signed by some guys from the Yankees a long time ago. I never asked who, I assumed they were nobodies because he never really talked about it. He had to sell it a while back due to monetary trouble.
Turns out it was signed by Murderers’ Row. Meaning Earle Combs, Mark Koenig, Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Bob Meusel and Tony Lazzeri. Four of them are in the hall of fame and two of those are two of the greatest baseball players ever.
You guys. I am so depressed he had to sell it right now, Jesus Christ. My favorite Yankee ever touched that ball, I could’ve had the chance to hold it kjshdfkj. AND BABE RUTH. GUYS. FFFFUUUU-
